There’s a wild, untamed part of us that wants to run toward what feels right, even when fear, doubt, or the opinions of others try to pull the reins tight. ‘No Reins” is inspired from that need for choosing otherwise. This wild horse embodies that instinctive pull forward and leave fear behind. Her gaze is steady and fierce, knowing the road ahead isn’t always mapped out or feels safe, yet trusting that instinct and passion are sometimes our truest guides. Her half-lit face is a reminder that we don’t have to have everything fully “figured out” to move forward. We simply have to be willing to take the first step, or in this wild one’s case, the first stride.
With her mane flowing like wind that refuses to be caught, she carries the spirit of independence, the raw hunger to create, and the quiet strength to follow a path that may not make sense to anyone else. “No Reins” is freedom without apology. Meet Leroy, the newest sensation in our Soulful Wonders of the Wild lineup! Named by one of my creative Instagram followers, Lloyd joins the ranks of Clark, Kent, and Bruce, adding a little quirkiness to our majestic moose crew.
Legend has it that Leroy's name was suggested by a follower who shares a mysterious connection with a certain middle name. Was it the middle name of a friend's cousin's brother's high school crush? Or maybe, it belongs to a distant relative of the neighbour's pet goldfish? We may never know the full story, but one thing's for certain: Leroy's name carries some significance, whether it's rooted in deep family legend or simply a stroke of random brilliance.
